Doctor, Doctor what do you say...

Claire and Lucy had their "4" month check up yesterday and things went great. They are both growing steadily and developing wonderfully.

Claire:
13lbs 2oz
25 1/4 - length
16 1/2 - head

She is very petite (still 25% for weight). Dr. Wheeler was amazed at how busy/active/high maintenance she was, he said she just burns a lot of calories being so active. She was grabbing at everything that came near her - Dr. Wheeler's hands, face, stethoscope (well actually all the instruments he used). She is a funny little lady who loves to look and inspect things and she gives the most mischievous looks and grins...it really makes me wonder what she is thinking. She also makes people work for her affection and attention, she's not the easiest to please or get a smile from but when she does - look out!

Lucy:
14lbs 8oz
26 -length
16 1/2 - head

Lucy has jumped from 25% in weight to 50% (she's now average). Again Dr. Wheeler was amazed at how laid back she was. She didn't do anything but smile and lay there through the entire exam, he actually had to put something in front of her to make sure she's grabbing (she passed of course). Dr. Wheeler also commented on how completely different the girls are in every way...which is so true. Unlike Claire, she really makes everyone feel special because she will just smile - in pretty much every situation.
